DESCRIPTION:2nd Alarm Project is presenting Struggle Well in partnership with the Boulder Crest Foundation. There is no cost to attend. In this 2-day course\, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the Struggle Well philosophy\, and the practices and principles of Posttraumatic Growth.                                                                                                      The class will engage in a range of interactive exercises designed to explore your perspectives on struggle\, and the ways in which you can (and have) transformed struggle into strength in your lives\, and across your organization. The 2-day training is ideal for peer-support leaders\, senior management\, supervisory staff\, and others with an interest in implementing the Struggle Well philosophy. \n  \n \n  \n
