She had become so sympathetic that she could not find the clarity she needed to make rational decisions. Over the last five years\, Capt. Little has discovered many “hacks” to reset the nervous system. The presenter will discuss these lifestyle hacks to equip attendees with knowledge of the impacts of repeated exposure to trauma\, how it affects our nervous system\, and WHY IT MATTERS.
