Virtual Peer Support Training

After completing the IAFF Peer Support Training, participants will have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide support to their peers; educate brothers and sisters about behavioral health issues such as PTSD and resilience; serve as a bridge to behavioral health programs and community resources; and build or enhance their peer support programs.

The IAFF Resiliency Training is focused on building individual and organizational resilience. Through a combination of self-assessment, didactic instruction, group discussion, and video, participants will learn essential factors that contribute to personal resiliency and gain practical stress management skills to be applied on and off the job.
