DESCRIPTION:The First Responder Mental Wellness Awareness Course is a 3-hour program designed to educate and equip first responders with tools to address mental health challenges. The course covers three key areas: awareness of common mental health issues like PTSD\, depression\, anxiety\, and substance misuse; self-care and resiliency\, including techniques for physical\, emotional\, and social well-being; and peer support\, focusing on recognizing distress in colleagues and creating a supportive environment.
