In 2019, Captain Little found herself with a loaded gun, contemplating death, after a series of less-than-ideal events that sent her over the edge. She had become so sympathetic that she could not find the clarity she needed to make rational decisions. Over the last five years, Capt. Little has discovered many “hacks” to reset the nervous system. The presenter will discuss these lifestyle hacks to equip attendees with knowledge of the impacts of repeated exposure to trauma, how it affects our nervous system, and WHY IT MATTERS. Attendees will learn how to determine their own state and be able to shift from states of dysregulation to a healthy base state while developing healthy habits that will stick as a proactive measure.
